Shipping Policy
Welcome to our Shipping Policy at Olyve Beauty! I'm here to offer you more insight into our shipping practices, ensuring transparency in every step of your Olyve Beauty experience.
Olyve beauty only delivers to the areas specified by the service.
Deliveries shall take place within 3 - 6 working days following the communication of dispatch of the package, unless otherwise indicated in the order confirmation.

Olyve beauty, which manages the www.olyvebeauty.com portal, makes home delivery via various couriers offering a traceability service.
Orders placed are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt and delivery is guaranteed for the full value of the order.
Olyve beauty will not be responsible for any delays occurring during transport. Similarly, Olyve beauty shall not be liable for any loss, damage, misdelivery or non-delivery caused by events and/or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall), strikes (of its own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions, or any other cause, similar or different.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
The customer also acknowledges that a return is not possible for any reason other than a defective or broken product, such as a simple change of mind, just as no exchange or cancellation of an order is permitted for the same reasons, whether for ethical reasons.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION
The official and valid means of communication between the Customer and the Seller is solely and exclusively by e-mail to ask@olyvebeauty.com (social media and Whatsapp are not, but are only offered to the Customer to help him in the purchase process).
